WMBC is providing the trails for OCUP #3 in the 2023 Ontario Cup Mountain Bike Series.
The event will include pre-rides on Friday evening and Saturday.

One Day Permits are not available from Ontario Cycling (OC) for this race.
You need to be an OC member to race at this event.
It takes 1-2 weeks to get your OC membership.
To register online for O-Cup #3, racers will need
A UCI License, or
A Ontario Provincial Race License, or

Because WMBC is hosting this race, an OC ACM allows Walden Mountain Bike Club members to race at O-Cup #3. If you are a member of WMBC, and have an ACM affiliated with another OC club, you can change your club affiliation by emailing Chris Baskys at OC and requesting the change.
O-Cup Volunteer Registration
We need 27 volunteers for the event.
Registering as a Volunteer is a 3-Step process and takes about 30 minutes in total.
Step 1 - VeloSched Registration
- Go to the VeloSched registration site
- List your Volunteering Skills - what volunteering you have done in the past, in what sports, locations
- 3 minutes to fill out the form
Step 2 - Watch the Volunteering and Accessibility Module

- Recommended for volunteers to complete
- 25-minute online training module
Step 3 - Wait for an email to arrive from ocvolunteer@ontariocycling.org
- You will get a username and password to log onto https://velosched.com/VeloSched
- Enter contact information, shirt size, dietary restrictions & save
- Identify the skills you have & save
- Pick the spots for OCup #3 that you can volunteer at
- Save your picks
- Wait for a second email from VeloSched listing your assignments and confirm that you can make the times/dates

There is no on-site camping available at the Walden trails
Fairbank Provincial Park, which is 30 minutes away. Sites are booked using the Ontario Parks Reservation System.
