The 3rd Bush Pig Open Race in 2021 is Sunday Aug 8th.
Come out and challenge yourself on the single tracks at Walden.
The Outside Store is sponsoring the race series again this year.
This event will comply with the public health measures associated the COVID-19 pandemic.
These events can’t happen without volunteers. We need 13 volunteers in each Wave.
If you volunteer in one Wave, you can race in another.

Cost:
WMBC Members - $5, if you need a race plate
WMBC Members - $2, if you bring last year’s race plate
Non-Members - $15

Course: The course map is published on Trailforks and will be marked to ride on the Thursday evening before the race.
Plate Pick-up Times: 30 minutes before your start time

Wave 2: 10:00 am
Wave 3: 11:00 am
Race Format:
No Race-Day Registration
Race only the Legs that you want to. You don’t need to race every Leg.
3 Waves with 40 riders per Wave
You sign up on-line for the Wave you want to start in
Your exact start time will be publish on Aug 6
Waves start 1 hour apart
Riders in each Wave start 1 minute apart
Your Start Time for your first Leg will be posted on-line the day before the event
You need to start a subsequent Leg within 10 minutes of completing the previous Leg
On race day, drop by the plate pick-up area 30 minutes before your start time, pay for and pick up your race plate & draw prize
Prizes: No awards, but draw prizes will be pre-selected and can be picked up with your race plate
