What is right for you: Membership or Donation?
The Walden Mountain Bike Club (WMBC) maintains singletrack trails located in the Walden Trails Park off Municipal Road 55 in Naughton, which is in the west end of the City of Greater Sudbury. Trails in the park are maintained in a partnership with Walden Cross Country. Through the efforts of the Sudbury Single Track Collective, the Club also maintains the singletrack trails in the Nickeldale Conservation Area and has volunteers working on singletracks at Kivi Park and Laurentian Conservation Area.
We are mountain bikers who build singletracks for mountain bikers! We have a small dedication group of volunteers who love to ride and they develop the technical features, as well as expand and maintain our trail networks.
Ask yourself these questions, then consider becoming a WMBC member:
Do you enjoy using the trails in Walden or Nickeldale on a regular basis?
Do you want to participate in group rides, mountain bike races series, hone your mountain bike skills at skills clinics or attend social group rides?
Maybe you are just visiting the area or you only plan to ride the trails once or twice. If so, consider making a donation.

Youth (18 years and under) - $25 for the first and $15 for each of the rest

Winter Fat Bike Membership / Day Pass
To ride your fat bike in the winter at Walden, you need a separate winter Fat Bike membership with Walden Cross Country. We’ve had great single track Fat Bike trails at Walden during the past five winter seasons.
The fees for the 2024 Winter Fat Bike Membership are below, but are 15% off before July 1 and 10% off before Dec 1. If your have a Full WCC Ski membership, you can ride a Fat Bike at Walden.
